Beat sync task

This task aimed to test my syncing abilities by changing the stock video on the beat played. The song chosen was the instrumental of Ran'n'Bone Man's "Giant" as the beat was continuous and gradually built up as the song played. I found myself to be quite successful in doing this, as i managed to accurately time the beats to the video whilst also adding variety. whilst the stock footage was very different to the song in terms of the speed of the song and the actions presented in the videos, i think that overall the piece achieves what the task was which is to perfectly sync the beat to the changes in the song. We decided to change the video played every 4 beats/seconds

One challenge i was presented with was adding variety to the video. whilst this was not the aim of the task i found it quite repetitive using the same stock footage so decided to use different parts of each video which adds continuity and variety.
